By enrolling in a Supplement Academy course, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Participant Contract.
In order to complete a course and receive CE hours and certification, participants are required to pass a comprehensive end-of-course exam for each course they take with a grade of 80% or higher.

Personal ideologies can be disruptive to a learning environment. Information regarding laws and policies that affect the topic of supplements, practitioners, and health professionals is acceptable.
Different health professionals have different scopes of practice. As a professional, it is your responsibility to be aware of and conduct yourself within your professional scope of practice.
It is the responsibility of participants to utilize information from the Supplement Academy courses and the Supplement Academy team at their own discretion. Therefore, the Supplement Academy and its team are not responsible for any misunderstanding or misuse of the information provided.
Information obtained about other practitioners and their clients during a course is to be held in the strictest confidence. Any personal information collected during class is strictly for peer-to-peer contact and is not to be released to outside parties & never to be used for solicitation. Failure to do so will result in removal from any and all courses with no refund.
These are online courses and therefore high-speed internet access and the ability to work in an online environment is required. Participants understand it is their responsibility to solicit outside technical support if they experience difficulties accessing the course content due to an issue or limitation of their personal computer, tablet, or internet connection.
